Lynne Ough "Moley'O". Took on the role of Grand Mistress on the understanding she'd have nothing to do. Often found running just in front of the Grand Master, but not through her own choice! Particularly fond of the mud and goes out of her way to make sure she comes in as dirty as possible. Likes hash gossip, so if you have any, let her know, she can be found at most checks in full flow.
Peter Saunders “Pot Noodle” has wobbly knees but has been hashing with us from the early days. Preferred to blow the hash horn because he's "good with music", but has since run out of tunes & handed it on to more musically minded lips. Manages to keep up with the youngsters on a good day, otherwise he just shortcuts his way around. Nobody dare look at him in the pub in case he thinks they are volunteering to set the next hash! Every hash is his last!
Declan Teare "Retch". Ideal Hash Hops as he makes his own beer & likes to experiment on the sinners. Trouble is, his beer is so good, sinning is no longer a problem! Glides through the hash with the greatest of ease & always looks as cool as a cucumber. Greatly missed when he's not there (or at least his beer is!)
Paul Manning "Mouseturd". With his specially adapted hair style, he runs so fast, that if there's no flour on route he wouldn't realise. If you're a slow runner have no fear, you'll catch him on the way back from wherever it is he's been. RA is an ideal position for him because he wouldn't have a clue what has happened on the run! Tell him you fell over and the beer is yours!
Gary "Budgie Smuggler". As a teacher, hash horn seemed to suit the Budgie, but unfortunately hashers are less obedient than children. He took a while to master the art, but eventually became comfortable running with the horn. On occassions he's been picked up for horn abuse, but carries on regardless. He's usually found up front with the FRB's, but not always on the right trail. Very fond of sweety stops.
Jacqui Rodes “Biotic Woman”. Very keen hasher and nothing stops her. Another committee member who looks forward to having no responsibility. Runs on pills if she has to. Very competitive, trys to out run everybody on the checks and usually ends up at the back. Jumps at the chance to take on hash tasks then wonders what came over her.
